HISTORY OF LGHS
Late Shri Lakhamshi Govindji Haria
Shri. L.G. Haria Multipurpose School is an endeavor by the Vapi Education Trust established in the year 1987. The vision of Late Shri Lakhamshi Govindji Haria was spearheaded by Shri Kantilal Haria to prepare young leaders of 21st Century. The school has got its current shape under the able Guidance and supervision of Shri A.K. Shah. The School Management, comprising of effective leadership keeps abreast with rapid changes taking place in the field of education. Under this powerful leadership, the pace of expansion and development has reached its pinnacle. The school was affiliated to Gujarat Education Board in the initial years later in the year 2010 it got affiliation from Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E) New Delhi.
In April 2024, Vapi Education Trust merged with Kaushik Haria Educational Foundation and now the school is functioning under Kaushik Haria Educational Foundation.

We at LGHS believe in ‘The Whole child approach in Education’. We ensure that each child is Healthy, Safe, Engaged, Supported and challenged, sets the standard for comprehensive school improvement and provide for long term student success. We believe that ‘Children are not things to be moulded , but are people to be unfolded’. We just unwrap their inborn talents by providing enough platforms to shine.

Haria School, the foremost goal we had, was to give this society better individuals who have passion and compassion in their hearts, and individuals who take the society on the progressive path. Technology can give you information but knowledge and wisdom is imparted in the minds of young children through values, by setting a role model and creating in him a love for learning. We as an institute consider our prime duty is to provide the best of the education to the children that contains knowledge, wisdom, values and life skills so that they make this world a beautiful place to live in.

It is very important for us to understand the power of education and so only we continuously strive to empower our students with the Bramhastra called Education. LGHS leaves no stone unturned in providing holistic, value-based education while fostering the natural abilities of its students. It will always be the prime motive of the Staff and Management of the School to provide a loving and calm environment to the child so that the child who enter the gate as a seed flourishes into a big leafy tree that bears the fruits of wisdom and spreads the shade of humanity for the society.
